Why aren't flights included?
With WeRoad you have the freedom to book your flights for the dates you prefer and to/from whichever airport suits you best. This means you can easily extend your stay hassle-free! You can choose the most comfortable flight option for you, but when you arrive and join the WeRoad trip you'll have everything organised for you.
Will I have to fly alone? When will I meet with the rest of the group?
Not necessarily! We have a Facebook group where WeRoaders often post their flights or connect with others on their tour in order to travel together. For some trips we can also share the Coordinator's flight with you too, so that you can book the same. Before your departure, you will also join a WhatsApp group where all the participants will share their travel plans.
Can I travel with my friends?
Absolutely, the more the merrier! You are more than welcome to book your trip with one or more friends. In fact if you book together on our trips, often we can offer you a private room for free. Look out for this at checkout.
Can I have a private room?
Not sure about sharing a room? We get it, and completely understand that you may want to have some private space in the evenings after spending the day with the group. This is why for some of our trips we offer a 'private room' option which you'll see at checkout.
How does the booking process work?
Booking your trip is fast and easy! 1. Pick your destination and departure date on our website 2. Select the number of participants and specify if you want a private room (if available) 3. Enter your personal details needed for the booking 4. Pay a deposit (if there are more than 30 days left from the departure of the trip) or the full amount You’re done: get ready for your adventure!
Can solo travellers join a WeRoad group?
Absolutely, we're all about solo travellers here at WeRoad! On our trips our groups leave as strangers (which sounds way more intimidating than it actually is) and leave as friends having shared the most incredible experiences around the world. You’ll connect with your fellow travellers before you set off through a dedicated WhatsApp group, so you'll know who you're travelling with before you set off!
What’s included in a WeRoad tour?
A WeRoad tour includes the following: - Accommodation - Transfers (depending on the country this could be rental cars, minibuses, taxis, ferries...you name it!) - Some 'can't miss' activities - All the organisation of the WeRoad Travel Coordinator - Free cancellation up to 31 days before - Travel Insurance
